Cory Graff is the Military Aviation Historian at the Flying Heritage Collection museum in Everett, Washington. In his free time, he works on aviation-related history projects, including exhibits and books. Graff is the author of five previous aviation books, including Shot to Hell: The Stories and Photos of Ravaged WWII Warbirds, Strike and Return: American Air Power and the Fight for Iwo Jima, and P-47 Thunderbolt at War. One of the best books on the subject. Absolutely stunning photography, and wonderful explanations of each aircraft in this collection. The time and money spent on location, restoration, operation, and preservation must be stunning, but in the air is exactly where each museum piece was designed to be. Any serious student of aviation history simply must have this tome in their collection.

This was one of my oldest son's Christmas presents and being the son of a retired AF pilot and advid WWII planes, this hit the spot. Daid it is one of the best books he has seen with wonderful photography and articles.

Great book for anyone who likes WW2 planes. Beautiful pictures of the planes at the Flying Heritage Collection in Everett. Very good writing about each plane..our son is the author of this and other books. Well worth the price and everyone who comes to visit,looks through the book.

Mercy Watson books are my favorite books for this age group. It's an easier chapter book - great for kindergarten or first grade, but my second grader enjoys them as well. They're great for boys or girls, and they're funny and entertaining. The illustrations are great. The book itself feels very well-made, with quality paper and binding. We will definitely keep buying the books in this series!

I bought this for my first grader and she absolutely loves it. The illustrations are colorful. The story is fun. The reading level is a little above her for reading alone, but it was perfect for her to read a page here and there and for me to read the rest. The book is divided into chapters - which isn't necessary but it makes a first grader feel sophisticated because she's reading a "chapter book." That said, it's a longer book than most of the books she reads, but the story moves along and keeps her engaged.

We have a great niece who hates to read. I was recommended these particular DiCamillo books as they are beginner readers and surely capture attention. Our niece is old for this book, nearing 10, but the stories are silly, funny and have meaning.With the Mercy stories (of the adorably-ugly pet pig) our niece began to appreciate the author. I always talk of the 'creative brain' or ask 'how do you think she thought up this story?!'...Now she has read these books and we have helped her move on to a more matured reading (still a challenge since there are less pictures) of Winn Dixie.This fun character Mercy is a good way to engage the non reader. I think the book is a little more engaging for a younger child, unless the child is not strong in reading, then try this and then move on! Good luck!

love this series, at first I didn't buy this one because it was for my son and about a princess and he is very against girl stuff since he has a little sister. But he wanted it and loved it.

Daughter (who shares the name of the porcine wonder) LOVES these books. Did I mention my wife and I love reading them to the kids and honestly laugh at them more than they do. It’s like a Pixar movie in print! Great vocabulary and interesting characters with top notch illustrations that really depict in detail what is being talked about!

My kids have LOVED Mercy Watson since we discovered her several years ago - now my daughter is seven and STILL loves them - the illustrations are beautiful and plentiful, the story never stops making them laugh, and I love that they are hard-covered for the durability. I would recommend ALL of the Mercy Watson books to everyone (and I frequently do). These are the chapter books that got my daughter into really reading on her own when she was in kindergarten, and they are the best 'begining' chapter books I have ever found - simple and colorful enough to read to a 2-3 year old, and still favorites of my 7 year old (who will read several of them in a sitting)... really, truly, fantastic books!

We love every one of the Mercy Watson books. The only negative, she didn't write more. Mercy Watson and the neighbors on Deckawoo Drive are so fun to read. I love the humor and the wit of Kate's writing. I don't mind reading these books over and over and over and over again. How often can a parent say that? Your children will love the adventures of Mercy Watson as she explores her neighborhood and eats toast with a great deal of butter on it.

My four year old loves these stories. Mercy Watson is a hilarious character - with or without her homemade princess dress. I love Eugenia Lincoln and my son loves Baby Lincoln. We got into these books since Chris Van Dusen is the illustrator. His pictures add genius to all of the Mercy Watson characters. Every child will love this 'porcine wonder' series. We started with the first three and he wanted more. My son is four but this book is definitely appropriate for older children as well. The books are a bit long for kids under 4. I would highly recommend the Mercy Watson books!!

I remember I missed purchasing this book when it was first released on Amazon. It sold out so quickly. And then afterwards, for the longest time, private sellers was selling this book for triple the cost. Then Amazon restocked it's copies but they only lasted a few days before it sold out again. This happened over the course of a year. I jumped on it this time. I tell you, the wait was worth it. I see why the demand is so high for this book. Its beautiful. Heck, Monica is beautiful. The images are huge, there is enough content to satisfy anyone. If you are like me and missed out on previous opportunities don't miss out again. Right now the book is aback on Amazon and they are offering it for an excellent price. Once it's gone people will be selling it again for some crazy price.

I love love love this book!!! Monica Bellucci is one of the most iconic and beautiful women to ever exist. Her body of modeling is diverse, sexy and ranging. This is a photography and modeling book to own and own proudly. If I was in a book store and look thru, I would have paid $100 for with out blinking.

No female model in history has proven herself to be as gorgeous as Ms. Bellucci. These images from varying artists bring out her beauty!

This is a big, heavy book of photographs of a woman so beautiful that the word "beautiful" is too mild. It seems almost impossible that any person could look so good from every angle and every distance and every pose. Monica B is one in a billion. And before you balk at the price, know that proceeds from this book support two of Monica's favorite charities, both worthwhile causes.

 I've always been a huge fan of Monica Bellucci, and was hell-bent on getting this book when it first came out. Unfortunately, like many people, I wasn't fast enough to order it, as the book became unavailable seemingly days after it went up for sale on here. It was months before I was able to order a copy, but before the chance came, I kept trying to convince myself that I didn't want this book. After all, I'd only seen 4 or 5 scans of the photos contained within, and kept telling myself 'oh, it's probably just a bunch of the same style of black and white photos'. Boy I couldn't be more wrong. This book is worth every dollar, and I don't feel bad at all about paying the full retail price.It took a long time before I made it to the end of this book, as every photograph is a stunner, regardless of how simple some of them seem. The diversity in the photos is phenomenal- Monica in a busy dinner scene, her laying atop a stuffed lion, what looks like honey smeared all over her face as she licks it up, her in an obscenely tight corset, frolicking in the grass looking like she's genuinely having a good time...I could go on and on. My absolute favorite pictures are the 3 taken by Fabrizio Ferri of Monica when she was pregnant. I'd have included them in the attached video, but of course, like a good number of the photos, she's nude in them, and I can't exactly post that. And I love how the final pictures are of Monica with her child. It's a fitting end to everything. Regarding the photography, how many times can I repeat myself in saying that each photo is a keeper? This is the kind of thing that makes me want to get back into photography because of how inspiring it is.Hopefully the couple of images I got in the video portion of this review are helpful. I'm sorry that it jumps around- I had to cut segments together because I'd flip the page and get a nude photo (not that I'm complaining). But rest assured that what you see in the video isn't even the tip of the iceberg: it's the mist around the tip of the iceberg. And if ordering the Italian version of the book is your only option, don't worry- there's not much text here aside from two pages of introductions in the very beginning and the last page of credits. The rest is big, beautiful photos. Any fan of Monica Bellucci needs to get a copy of this book, plain and simple.

I love the pictures of Monica. The photographers now how to capture the beauty this woman has. I like that it included some pictures of her when she was young, 17yo I think. The book is big so the pictures are large and there are several pictures from different photographers.

This is a good book for many repairs on old Cadillacs, The main thing I bought it for, replacing the headlight control module, is not included in the book, so I was a bit disappointed. Other than that though, it is a good book to have on hand for other repair issues that might come up.

This book is wonderful, its a great reference source. I recommend it as a add on to already owning the year specific owners manual and shop guides.
